By using the Petsona mobile application, you agree to these Terms. Petsona uses AI to transform pet photos into human-like versions and requires a subscription for access.
1. Subscription
Petsona offers weekly and annual subscription plans through the App Store. Subscriptions provide unlimited AI transformations and access to transformation history.
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24+ hours before expiration
- Managed through your Apple ID account
- Cancel in iOS Settings > Subscriptions
- Refunds subject to Apple's policy
2. Acceptable Use
Permitted: Transform your own pet photos for personal use.
Prohibited:
- Upload photos of people (pets only)
- Use images without permission
- Commercial use without licensing
- Share subscription access
- Create illegal or harmful content
3. Important Terms
- Must be 13+ years old to use
- You own your original photos; we process them for the service
- AI results may vary; no guarantees on outcomes
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance

4. Disclaimers
App provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid. You use the app at your own risk.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
